5 DAYS...

Five days left, and Jack reached a new milestone today. We were awoken by a loud thunk this morning (knowing exactly what it was) as we both raced into Jack's room to see him sitting on the floor outside of his crib, about to let out a huge wail. We both couldn't stop laughing because we knew this day would come (we've watched way too many "America's Funniest Home Videos" of kids climbing out of their cribs) and we wished we could have seen it happen, only in the sense of how long it took him and how he did it exactly. He was fine; probably more scared than anything. Anyways, I'm writing this in the afternoon because we'll be heading off to the wedding soon and I'm not sure we'll be back in time for me to write then. Wedding stories will have to wait until tomorrow...
